Rates for 2 persons 

 

• Extra bed € 30,00 / daily.

• Extra Cot € 15,00/daily.

• Cleaning  € 20,00 each guest for staying. Daily cleaning.

• City-Tax € 1,00 per person for night, Max. 6 nights.

• Private pay parking at about 300 mt.

• Free parking at 800 mt.

• Free Beach at 20 mt.

• Private lidis beach at 200 mt. (on payment)

• Transfer from/to railway station, airport on request. 

• Car/bike rental at 300 mt.

• Tour/boat rides on request.

• Market and shops at 200 mt.

• Arrival after  13:00pm, if possible arrival before 13:00pm ( mail or call ) departure by  10:00am.

• Cancellation during the period of July and August from 60 days to 30 days before arrival 1 night payable.

• Cancellation from 30 days to 15 days before arrival 3 nights to pay.

• Cancellation from 15 days to 0 days 50% of the total cost of the stay.

• Other periods: cancellation from 30 days to 3 days before arrival 3 night payable.

• Other periods: cancellation from 3 days to 0 days before arrival 50% of total costs.
